I am a wildlife photographer from Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. I fell in love with nature at a young age and was exposed to the outdoors by my parents. I was home schooled until age fifteen which enabled me to spend a lot of my childhood exploring the woods and counting birds. I ended up with a camera in my hands hoping it would help me identify birds and document the species I had seen. This led to my passion for wildlife photography. My goal for my photography is to be able to share the beauty of nature and wildlife with those who aren’t able to experience it first hand. I hope that if people can have a better understanding of how special the natural world is there will be more effort to help protect it.
